Masin V. The Problems of the legal ensuring the development agricultural servicing co-operative society.

The thesis is dedicated to study of the separate questions of the formation agricultural servicing co-operative society in condition of market economies of the Ukraine. Analysing problems of the legislative ensuring the development servicing co-operative society in agricultures, they are defined notions -"agricultural operating co-operative society", "agrarian exchange in form agricultural servicing co-operative society", "agrarian kaufhaus in form agricultural servicing co-operative society", "credit co-operative society in form agricultural servicing co-operative society" and so on. They are studied questions about justice of agricultural operating co-operative society and their separate forms on present condition. Emphases is spared study of the questions unprofitability agricultural operating co-operative society and also present trend of the development agricultural operating co-operative society.
