Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the obtaining of domestic diagnostic polymer test-system. Developed conditions of polystyrene microsphere synthesis by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization . Original method of polystyrene dispersion surface modification by seed polymerization, realized by using water- and oilsoluble initiator which allows completely inhibit dispersed phase new particles origin in the process of modification was elaborated. A number of high-sensitive polymer biotest-systems for infectious diseases diagnostics was obtained.
