The features of evolution of singularities in caustic which is formed by the phase objects of cylinder and spherical forms are explored. It is confirmed, that diminishing of aperture of cylinder lens results in disappearance of zeros in the triangle of сaustiс. Dependence of relative aperture is collected from the radius of cylinder lens, which singularities disappear at. It is shown that in the random field the line of phase singularities is continuous and, as a rule, not closed to on itself. Lines of phase singularities of the field scattered on the fractal surfaces have fractals behavior, and lines of phase singularities of the field scattered on the statistic surfaces haven't. It is shown, that setting of norms for intensities of the initial field of gradient distribution of the field in results are strictly coaxial imposition of supporting wave, allowe to get the distribution of field amplitude zero coordinates. It was determined that in a far zone against to one inequality of rough surface is observed almost in two times more amplitude zeros, than speckles of field. In a far zone in relation to the sizes of all object amount of speckles and amount of zeros of amplitude are approximately identical. It was noted, that amplitude zeros of spectral component are independent, do not interect and not annihilate in the process of propagation of polychromatic light. The possibility of the correlation optical diagnostics of rough surfaces with large surface inhomogeneities is shown by research of conformities to the law of transformation of longitudinal coherence function of field.
