Tymoshchuk M. Potential assessment and planning of machine building enterprises' social and economic development

In the presented work a new solution of scientific task of the potential assessment and planning of machine building enterprises' social and economic development on the base of worked out concepts, methods and models is generalized and substantiated. Processes are the object of the research; the subject - methodological bases and practical tasks of the potential assessment and planning of machine building enterprises' social and economic development. The theoretical base was formulated on methodology of the management processes system analysis and synthesis, the potential assessment, formation of an enterprise's development strategies and planning, legislative base - existing norms and regulations; informational base - primary and secondary information. Methodological approach to the potential assessment is worked out, indicative planning method is improved, conceptual apparatus is refined and expanded. Recommendations on design of the assessment function of the potential level and application of indicative planning models have practical significance. Results of the research were implemented both into operation of a number of machine building enterprises' in the Western region of Ukraine and training process.
