Utkina G. Organization of farm economy budgeting

Object of research:managerial process by farm activity. The purpose of research: working out of scientifically well-founded offers on improvement of management by activity of farms in Ukraine by realisation of progressive administrative technology – budgetings. Methods: settlement, statistic-economic, graphic, is abstract-logic, the analysis and synthesis, supervision, comparison, grouping. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical bases of budgeting as administrative technology are investigated. Methodological approaches to process of budgeting of activity of farms are proved. The estimation of a current state and prospects of economical work in farms on the basis of biographical interrogation of heads is carried out. Necessity of working out of strategy of development of a farm as preconditions of budgeting of its activity is proved. Scientific novelty: The technology of farm management which is based on budgeting is theoretically proved; the expediency of creation and organizational structure of service serving co-operative societies is proved; the maintenance of process of budgeting for a farm is improved; the approach to positioning various on the size of land tenure of farms in the agrarian market according to competitiveness of manufacture of agricultural production is improved; has had the further development the approach to definition of level of use of potential of a farm which is based on an integrated estimation of the basic economic indicators of its development. Introduction degree: Results of research are used by National association of agricultural consulting services of Ukraine, in practical activities of farms of Dolinsky region of the Kirovograd oblast, in the regional program of development of small business, in educational process of Krivorozhsky economic institute The state higher educational institution KNEU of Vadim Getman. Efficiency: use of the received results will promote realisation of planning of industrial activity, material and financial streams according to developmentstrategy of farm, definition of expediency of the selected investment projects, distribution of own ground resources with observance of requirements to culture of crop-growing and profitableness, introduction of the system approach to planning process.
