Kopotun I. Public order as object of criminal-legal guard

In dissertation there are the generalized results of research of criminal-legal and criminological problems of guard of public order. On the basis of analysis of basic tendencies of history development the social conditionality of input of criminal responsibility is explored for encroachment on a public order. Taking into account international standards and norms of home legislation notion of public order is definite as an object of criminal-legal guard. The systems analysis of compositions of crimes which trench upon a public order is carried out. Taking into account the necessities of juridical practice the question of legal opinion and qualification of crimes which trench upon a public order is considered. Research obtained practical embodiment in developed on his basis suggestions in relation to taking away of necessary amendments and supplements to the legislation.
