Results conducted by us prophylactic review of workers of VAT "Poltava avtoagregat factory" is testified to that the horizontal pathological abrasion of teeth was discovered 19,3% from the general amount of the inspected workers, and that is why a prophylaxis and treatment of pathological abrasion of teeth need the proper quality. The method of proceeding in lost hard fabrics of teeth is offered by the ceramic protective straps of type overley on the masticatory group of teeth and restoration all other teeth by photopolymeric material. Clinically comparatively efficiency of the offered method of sparing renewal of lost hard fabrics in investigation of pathological abrason, in relation to the generally accepted method of restoration photopolymeric materials. On the basis of the conducted auxiliary researches it is well-proven - that preceding in the lost hard fabrics in investigation of pathological elimination it is most expedient to conduct "overley" of ceramic protective straps of type.
