Dissertation deals with the development of theoretical, methodological issues, applied recommendations in relation to the management of forming of potential of strategic development of agricultural enterprises. Theoretical and methodological approaches concerning the ation of the effective control of strategic development of enterprises of agrarian potential system are generalized and systematized. An estimation is given to plenitude and richness of content of determination of concept "potential". The model of the formation of strategic potential of an enterpuse.The author variant of extraction of classification features of formation has been developed block and module methodological approach in the systematization of types of potential, according group signsis developed certain changes in the constituents of the control organization according to the objects of transformation changes are determined.An estimation is given: state, progress of enterprises and their potential trends; to the control formation, development of potential and its effectiveness system.Conceptual principles of formation the effective of enterprises potential system are grounded and strategies of development of enterprises are developed.
