Object – control process of telecommunication networks; aim – increasing of telecommunication networks control efficiency at the expense of traffic control method and means improvement; methods - queuing theory, common theory of control systems, systems analysis, simulation; novelty – prediction method of network traffic is improved, mathematical models for basic time parameters of routers with the glance of fractal processes and flex dynamical priority system is developed; results – it’s proposed mean of intelligent control that allows to increase of control efficiency up to 10-20%, mean of flow packets distribution that allows to reduce of rout forming time up to 30%.; area - engineering science.
