Sliusar V. Increase of indexes of quality of the management system by telecommunication networks of operator of telecommunications in the conditions of transition to the next generation networks

The object is control system by the telecommunications network of new generation; the aims is a construction of effective control system by the telecommunications networks of operator of telecommunications in the conditions of transition to NGN, development of method of timing implementation of transactions to business of process in the system management, which is founded on the basis of theory of mass service and method of calculation of authenticity of receipt of management information with the use of fazoraznostnoy modulation of high multipleness and high order; the methods are a theory of electric connection, theory of mass services, theory of turns, statistical design, multicriterion optimization; novelty – first presented results researches to the functional model of control system by the telecommunications networks of new generation in obedience to conceptions of TMN and Smart TMN; results – a method and algorithm of receipt of the generalized criterion of optimum is developed for the construction of control system on three indexes quality with use of expert estimations and conditional criterion of advantage; the field is technical sciences.
