Object of the study investment processes industrial enterprise in condition of the transformations of the economic relations. Objective of study is theoretical motivation and development methodical recommendation on estimation of investment attractiveness enterprise with account ecological aspect. Methods of research are theoretical generalization, comparisons and searching for, scientific abstraction, system approach, economy-statistical, financial and structured analysis, collations, graphic, mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical generalization, methodical approaches and new decision of the actual scientific problem of increasing to investment attractiveness enterprise to coal industry; recommendations on attraction of the investment facilities domestic and foreign investor in production. Novelty is the most further development of the theoretical positions and methodical recommendation on improvement of the mechanism of the estimation to investment attractivenessenterprise to coal industry. Degree of the introduction by: SE "Mine "Yuzhnodonbasskaya No 3", "Mine "Lidievka" and coal association "Yuzhnodonbasskoe No 1". Branch of application is coal enterprises.
