Helman V. Financial provision for higher education in Ukraine

Object of the study processes of the financial ensuring the higher education. Objective of study is theoretical motivation, development methodical basis and practical recommendation on increasing of efficiency of financial management higher educational institutions. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, system analysis, economic and mathematical modelling, logical generalization. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific approach to financial ensuring the higher educational institutions; recommendations on determination of the cost-performance of the expenses of the higher educational institution on educational facilities. Novelty is development scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation on improvement of the financial ensuring the higher education. Degree of the introduction by: planned-financial divisions Zaporozhskogo national university, Humanitarian university "Zaporozhskiy institute state and municipal management" and Zaporozhskogo national technical of the university, Ministry of the formation and sciences of the Ukraine, Committee Sovereign Pleased Ukraine on questions of the formation and sciences.
