Kovtun O. Legal aspects of conservation of natural forbidden lands' of Ukraine territories and objectives.

The issue of forming legislative basis of conservation of natural forbidden lands' of Ukraine territories and objectives since ancient times until nowadays has been considered, stages of this process have been emphasized and their scientific estimation has been provided. In the thesis the concept and peculiarities of legal regime and legal conservation of natural forbidden lands' of Ukraine territories and objectives are analyzed, the institution of state management as an element of legal regime of conservation of the named territories and objects. The complex research has been provided of the role of legal liability in the system of legal guarantees of conservation of natural forbidden lands' of Ukraine territories and objectives. In this work ways of environmental regulations reforming have been proposed.
