Nahornova O. Governmental Regulation of Labor Migration under Conditions of Marketing Transformation of Economy in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the research in the field of theoretical and methodological basis as well as practical aspects of labor migration and its governmental regulation. Positive and negative affordability of migration processes are revealed and the solving of exterior labor migration is defined as the matter of investment. The profound analysis is given to the following problems: the direction and trend of Ukrainian labor migration; the condition of governmental management of these processes and their legal basis.The dissertation discusses the conception of labor migration management. The algorithm of utilization of eco-mathematical pattern for forecasting activity and direction of migration streams is proposed. Also the dissertation presents the analysis of the condition of labor migration in the administrative region and proposes the strategic means and ways of systemic regulation of these processes.
