Fysun I. The Insurance Service Market Formation in Ukraine.

Research object is a process of forming of market of insurance services at national and regional levels in Ukraine. Research purpose: there is grounded of theoretical and methodical principles of forming of the balanced market of insurance services in Ukraine and development of practical recommendations in relation to directions of priorities of his perfection. Methods: analysis and synthesis, analogy, correlation and comparative analysis, graphic, statisticians, comparisons, designs, prognostications. Theoretical and practical results: consist in theoretical generalization and new decision of problems of scientific and applied character, which touch forming of the balanced market of insurance services at national and regional levels in Ukraine. Scientific novelty: first: grounded methodical approaches to determination of potential demand on insurance services in life-insurance on the basis of modern theory functions of consumers by comparison of size of living wage with the size of average monthly salary, insurance favour which enables providing insurance services in life-insurance taking into account purchasing power users in regions diminished on a minimum price; it is improved: approach to introduction of effective forms of organization of insurance activity by creation of agricultural fund associations at between regional level with the purpose of effective redistribution of risks between their participants; got subsequent development: grounded expedience of diminishing of taxable a tax profit of citizens on the size of insurance bonuses from life-insurance, as more effective mean for development of unstated pension insurance and life-insurance in Ukraine, unlike the legislatively certain system of tax credit. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Poltava area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in forming of market of insurance services in Ukraine. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
