Object of the research: finansovo-ekonomics and innovative activity of enterprises of water-supply of water-supply, their resource potential in the conditions of becoming of competition environment. Aim: ground of processes of adaptation of enterprises of water-supply to the market conditions and forming of modern organizational-economic mechanism of their innovative development. Methods of research: dialectical methods of cognition, analysis of the systems, comparison and synthesis, classification and ranging, graphic, index and logistic methods. Determined: Factors of functioning of organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of enterprises of water-supply. Developed: Model of equilibrium of market of water-supply with the use of balance approach, which allows to define directions of regulator policy of regional organs of power in the process of providing of effective water-supply of region. Implemented: Organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of enterprises of water-supply in which in a difference from the known approaches solvent demand is taken into account on the «basket of services» of the water system.
