Danylenko V. The organizational and economic mechanism of integration connections among enterprises of vegetable subcomplex

Object: economic relations between vegetable farms and processing enterprises of the vegetable subcomplex. Goal: to clear the role and position of the integration in restructuring of the new management forms, to identify the directions and forms of the integrated structures according to the region characteristics, to base the propositions concerning improvement of the economic relations between the vegetable subcomplex enterprises. Methods: abstract-logical, statistical analysis method (comparison, system and factor analysis, index and graphical analysis), correlation-regression, calculation-structural, monographic method. Results: there were grounded theoretical and technical approaches concerning formation, operation and improvement of the economic relations between vegetable manufacture subjects. Novelty: There was first introduced the model of an economic-organizing mechanism of the integration connections in the vegetable subcomplex of the region, which gives possibility to form operate relationsbetween producer and vegetable processing industry, and also to get the subsidiary earnings; improved the content, sense and directions for the development of cooperation and аn agro-industrial integration in vegetable subcomplex; analyzed conditions of the formation and development of different arts of the integrated formations; improved the essence of the economic-organizing mechanism integration connections; improved the technical approaches concerning detection of the first-priority areas for the vegetable production, which permits to determine the measurement of the optimal raw materials base of the region; worked out propositions for introduction of high technologies in vegetable subcomplex towards deployment of the system of trickle irrigation on farms of the region; caused further progress for foundations of the economical relations formation between the players of the integration process by identification proportions of the allocation of receipts from final product, which ensures the possibility of determination reasonable investment into the final product for each participant; developed approaches concerning the calculation of the saving rate from adoption of the model for economic-organizing mechanism of integration relations between subjects of the vegetable subcomplex in the region, which are based on improvement of the procurement system of the vegetable raw produce to the processing enterprise.
