Gorkovenko I. Reproduction and efficiency of the labour potential usage of agricultural enterprises

Object: processes of reproduction and efficiency of functioning of labour potential of agricultural enterprises. Purpose: scientific ground of methodological questions of reproduction of labour potential of agricultural enterprises and development of practical recommendations, directed on the increase of efficiency of his use. Methods: abstractly-logical, monographic, correlation-regressive, graphic, statistical. Results: theoretical positions are grounded and methodical approaches, directed on the improvement of reproduction of labour potential of agricultural enterprises, and also improvements of indexes of efficiency of his use, are improved. Novelty: First: methodological approach is grounded to determination of labour potential as category which incarnates in itself two constituents: it is an element, from one side, agrarian resource potential, from other - human factor which is determining in development of production, including in forming of human capital; it is discovered and in number influence of the system of factors is appraised on the dynamics of rural population and average annual amount of regular workers of enterprises within the limits of region in the period of stabilizing of development of agriculture.
