The Dissertation research is devoted to development of the theoretical-methodical providing and practical recommendations in relation of forming and introduction of marketing activity of agricultural producers at the market of credit resources for AIC. On the basis of complex marketing research features, complications and appropriates of forming of the market of credit resources for AIC are discovered. The influence level of external and internal environment factors on activity of enterprises at the market of credit resources is determined, has done analysis of marketing subsections for the enterprises of agrarian industry. It has grounded methodical approaches on forming the effective and resulting marketing mechanism of crediting on the basis of development the evolution strategies of marketing activity and facilities of marketing complex. Foreign experience of marketing activity is generalized at the market of credit resources with the purpose of his adaptation to the Ukraine terms. The economic effect of introduction of marketing mechanism of crediting of the AIC enterprises is certain on the basis of author model of efficiency of marketing mechanism
