Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of the modern neonatology - early postnatal diagnostic and treatment of the asphyxia of neonates. Signed peculiarities of methabolic adaptation in neonates born in asphyxia of different degrees (due to obtained data of the electrotite methabolism, the activity of К+,Na+,Mg2+-АТР-аse) depend on the flow of the pregnancy and delivery. Due to obtained data some more diagnostic criteria for the prognosis of the early neonate adaptation and the rehabilitation of such neonates were provided. The high effectivity of using of lipin in the complex therapy of the neonates after asphyxia (the progress of clinic state, the regress of disadaptation syndromes, positive changes in the electrotite methabolism, К+,Na+,Mg2+-АТР-аse) may be recommended for practical medicine.
