Novikov O. Constitutional-legal status of the President of the Republic of Poland.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the constitutional-legal status of the President of the Republic of Poland the different historical stages. The legal, historical, political and other factors having the influence at the execution of President of Poland authority have been investigated. The legal and political premises of the transformation of the country with the cruel authoritarian power to the state with the parliamentary-presidential government have been determined. The opportunities of the President of the European state- as to defend interests of his country under conditions of partial loss of its sovereignty as the result of entry into the European Union have been studied. The above mentioned investigation is connected with the urgent necessity of the European Constitutional Law analysis in the context of the national law.
