Levchenko Y. Prevention of crimes that is committed in the Ukrainian oil-and-gas complex

In the dissertation complex research of the crime preventing measures in Ukrainian oil-and-gas and their avoidance was conducted. Current state and legal regulation of oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine, criminal and criminological characteristics of vendible crimes that are committed in the oil-and-gas complex were researched. Crime preventive system in the sphere of oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine that presents complex of general and special measures of socially-economical, normative-legal and management-organisational character was suggested. Conducted research has exactly determined application-orientated aspect. On the basis of its results there were developed method recommendations and suggestions that were fulfilled in crime prevention plans and programs in oil-and-gas complex both at the regional and Ukrainian level.
