Dissertation work is devoted development of mathematical models and information technology of control in the distrib-uted organizational technological systems. Formalization of process of treatment of discrete financial streams is executed in the distributed organizational technological systems, com-position and calculation dependences of estimation of control parameters, mathematical models of estimation of criteria of control of technological subsystem, is developed. The struc-tures of protocols of exchange are developed by information in the system. The mathematical model of structural techno-logical optimization of the distributed systems of service for the synthesis of structure of control subsystem got further development. Graphic analytical models are developed in the class of estimation of cost and temporal descriptions of con-trol subsystem. Ideographical approach got development for creation of adaptive controls and the ideographical models of synthesis and adaptation of controls passing ofdiscrete finan-cial streams are first developed in such systems. The devel-oped mathematical models and information technology of control are realized in software of subsystems of control of the industrially in-use automated systems in industry of postal connection
