Goncharuk Y. Financial-credit supply of regional agribusiness and major tendencies of increasing its efficiency

Object of research: the agricultural manufacturers financial and credit provision processes in the country and in the region. A research objective: strengthening of theoretical and methodological basis and validation of measures to enhance efficiency of the agrarian industry financial and credit provision in the region. Research receptions: analysis and synthesis method, historical and logical method, abstract and logical method, statistic methods of dynamic series analysis and descriptive statistic methods. Results, novelty: the definition of the mechanism of agricultural sector financial and credit provision should be inclusive of the external and internal conditions of search, formation and use of capital by the enterprises. This study suggests the evaluation of enterprise minimum requirement of the floating funds should be adjusted to the credit security by borrower categories ranking on the financial ratios basis. The agricultural financing scheme was modified with regard to an agricultural agency as a credit agreement party. Use sphere: to validate short-term perspective of the agrarian industry financing and crediting and to work out the Program of rural economy stabilization and development.
