Zymnitska T. Desorders of colon motility activity in the children with irritable bowel syndrome and their correction

The work is developed to the increased efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of the irritable bowel syndrome considering differentiated approach to the correction of colon motility disorders taking into account its bioelectric activity. The diagnosis of the colon motility activity based on the registration of its biopotentials of the surface of child's body was improved and on this base. New methods for evaluation of the colon motor function and tone were elaborated, norms for colon bioelectric activity in children have been established. The results of the studied peculiarities of the colon motility disorders in children with different clinical corse of the irritable bowel syndrome have been given. It was established that the colon motility dys function is affected by its anatomical and physiological properties. The idea of biogenous amines and catecholamines in the formation of colon motility disorders: in children at irritable bowel syndrome has been elaborated. The principles of correction for the colon motility disorders were grounded, the indications for duspatalin administration depending bioelectric state of colon in the children with irritable bowel syndrome were made more precise.
