The dissertation is devoted to a problem of maintenance of the sustainable development of the enterprises of manufacturing industry on the basis of the certain organizational-economic mechanism. The theoretical and methodic bases of providing the sustainable development at the level of enterprise are defined. Methodological bases of carrying out the diagnostics of the enterprise's condition and its conformity to criteria of a sustainable development are paid much attention to. The general model of the organizational-economic mechanism is formed.
