Technological schemes of open-casts, which provide their capacity at variable demand for ore raw materials, are developed. Rational parameters of a working zone and their influence on volumes of direct moving of stripping in a dump are deter-mined. The design procedure of capacity of an open-cast mine on the assumption of the technological scheme's rigidity factor is improved. The technological scheme, in which stripping ledges are redistributed on height within certain stripping capacity at the set productivity of an open-cast mine, is of-fered. The additional receiving capacity is created in an internal dump to unite and work through top and lower located ledges in the transport-and-dump way. The method of a choice of complexes of the process equipment for weak-stable and watered rocks is improved. The factor of a stableness stock of internal dump slopes, which is caused by a compatible combination of a factor of rocks' re-excavation, a rate of rocks' drainage in a face, an order of their warehousingin dump and a work organization of complexes stripping and dump equipment, is considered
