Essay

The method of mathematical modelling defines optimum preparation parameters for all-ceramic microprosthetics inlays. Special dental drills and devices are developed for exact following of these parameters in a clinical practice. The developed techniques of restoration of micro- and multimicrocavities occlusive surfaces (Index of destruction occlusive surface of a tooth (IDOST) is less than 0,2) by all-ceramic inlays that are made on technology CAD / CAM CEREC 3D, and also carious cavities, placed on lingual, vestibular and contact surfaces without creating access to them from occlusive surfaces with application microscopic and endoscopic technologies. The developed algorithm and the improved technique of restoration of macrocavities (IDOST more than 0,2) in view of (subject to) the concept of the minimal intervention. The offered algorithm of carrying out microprosthetics which provides for preliminary optimization occlusion, creation of adequate anterior guidance, a choice of correct design of restoration in view of occlusive interrelation, minimalinvasive precision preparation of carious cavities, ozone therapy, adhesive fixation, final polishing, optimization occlusive interrelation after treatment. Such complex approach provides high efficiency of the offered techniques (99 %) which is clinically confirmed in the nearest and long terms of supervision.
