Dissertation have methodological approach to optimization of (optimistic and pessimistic) scenario of forward pay plan for elevator service is developed taking into account discount and guarantee of product storage. The author proposes the ways of ground making for qualitative development of enterprises in elevator industry, namely the introduction of automated system of technological processes management using server APM "Weighing", APM "Finishing", APM "Drying", APM "Transportation", APM "Temperature" and obtaining the certificate on elevator service quality according to the standards of ISO.
