The dissertation is devoted to the study of energy exchange peculiarities at the early stages of broilers' growth, to the influence of food supplements of guminic acids ("Gumisol") and microbial carotine ("Vitadeps") on the key reactions of biological oxidation in the liver and pancreatic cells of broiler chickens, and also their effect on growth, development, stock protection and feed conversation for the unit of production. The conducted researches show that the activity of one of the key enzymes of glycolize (phosphofructokinase) increases, and dehydrogenasis of Krebes' cycle (?-KGDG and SDG) reduces at the early stages of broiler chickens growth. The maximum activity of oxidaze and phosphorilation activity of the liver mitochondria at the beginning of its development has been established. Efficiency and intensity of oxidaze phosphorilation increases during research period of poultry ontogenesis. Correlative dependence of metabolism and energy exchange indices with live weight increase of broiler chickens has been determined. The positive effect of feed supplements "Vitadeps" (2,7 g/kg of feedstaff) and "Gumisol" (20 ml/kg of feedstaff) on the number of energy exchange has been found. Data on the influence of feed supplements "Vitadeps" and "Gumisol" on the productivity, efficiency of gain weight of broiler chickens and stock protection are of great practical value.
