Ivanyts'ka O. Мanagement by financial stability as a making economic policy of restructuring (on materials of enterprises of coal industry)

Dissertation is devoted grounding of scientific methodical positions and development of practical recommendation of the perfect in the management of financial stability of state enterprises of coal industry, forming of basic priorities and directions of increase effectiveness activity in the realization of economic policy of restructuring.Essence concept of economic policy of restructuring is certain, its tool is considered. Foreign and domestic experience of restructuring of coal industry is generalized.Imperfection and uselessness of the conducted reformation is proved in coal industry of Ukraine.The analysis of absolute and relative indexes of financial stability of joint state enterprises of coal industry is conducted, the presence of deep crisis is certain in industry.The method of management financial stability enterprises of coal industry is offered. High-quality descriptions of necessity and urgency of restructuring are developed, that must enable the en-terprises of coal industry in good timeto react on a subzero tendency and more exactly to plan future activity.The model of restructuring state grants is offered, which is based on the calculation of technological reliability index, diminishes the amount of mines, is developed, where questions can be ex-amined about the effective investing and gives complete presentation about the financial state of enterprise.
