Essay

The paper is devoted to problems of improvement diagnosis and treatment of chronic colostasis in children with anomaly development and position in the colon on the basis of complex studying of clinical peculiarities in progress, state of mucous membrane, intestinal movement regulation and elaboration principles of differential correction. It is settled that the majority of anomalies in the children's colon is accompanied by chronic colostasis is dolichosigma. Also shown that in the majority of cases chronic colostasis with anomaly development and position in the colon is associated with inflammatory changes of colonic mucosa due to disorders of microcirculation and regional blood circulation in the colon as a result of chronic colostasis. It is proved morphologically that the quickest development of mucous membrane atrophy of the colon in dolichosigma, it is based on the autoimmunized aggression against epitheliocitis with the development of unspecific uncerous colitis. It has been defined the type ofdisorders of intestinal movement regulation and tone with anomaly development and position in the colon. It has been done and aprobated the concept of differential correction of chronic colostasis anomaly development and position in the colon in children with the type of disorder its motor and tonic function.
