Essay

The dissertation focuses on the study of the impact of the developmental level of on the school social environment adaptation of the schoolchildren. The notion of "school social environment" has been re-determined as an aggregate of inter-related impacts of students, school staff, and parents involved in the process of instruction, which implies dissemination of social experience of all of these groups through cross-subcultural intercourse. The survey deepens the idea of the group dynamics process regarding class groups, and that of the impact of the class developmental level on the social integration of the schoolchildren. As it has been demonstrated, the presence of children with socially disadaptated behaviors, low status and unsatisfied essential needs is directly related to the developmental level of the class. The connection existing between the degree of the children's social disadaptation and the developmental level of the class, as well as with their sociometric status, has been proved. It hasbeen demonstrated that the process of personality correction of the students with socially disadaptated behaviors takes place thanks to the systems approach to the enhancement of the relationships existing in the school social environment.
