The thesis deals with the problems of diagnostics and correction of the large intestine microbiocenosis disorders in breast fed infants under acute diseases of the bronchopulmonary system. There are presented the results of examining 80 children ill with acute pneumonia, and 60 children ill with acute obstractive bronchitis. There are determined the pecularities of the clinical manifestations of the large intestine microbiocenosis disorders in the examined children, the quantitative and qualitative composition of the microflora and the state of the large intestine local immunity through defining immunoglobulins in coprofiltrates (sIgA, IgA, IgG, IgM). There have been studied the effect of particular pharmacological groups of antibiotics, the number and duration of their courses and the effect of the given preparations administration way on the large, intestine microflora state under acute bronchopulmonary pathology. For the evaluation of the aerobic and anaerobic microflora disbalance, it has been suggested to define the microflora stability index. In the complex treatment of breast fed infants with acute bronchopulmonary pathology and the presence of the large intestine microbiocenosis disorders there have been used the probiotic preparation Simbiter acidophilic, which leads to the normalization of the indigenous microflora, the increase of the conditional pathogenic organisms and improving the large intestine local immunity indicators.
