Object - 191 patient with the peptic ulcer disease, 606 the antibioticogramms of H.pylori strains. The reliable growth of resistance and multiresistance of H.pylori strains in a culture to the antibiotics for 10 years was found out. High efficiency of the triple modified regimes with Furazidin or Levofloxacin was proved. Efficiency of couses with Azithromycin and Ornidazole appeared satisfactory. The expedience of determination of individual sensitivity of H.pylori stains to the antibiotics was established.
