Dissertation is devoted to the ground of theoretical and methodical bases, development of practical recommendations in relation to perfection of state system of protection of consumer rights. It was developed the organization and legislative mechanisms reformation of state system of protection of interests of consumers. There was proposed the new point of view and the method of estimation of need bodies of public administration in specialists of this sphere, method of estimation of effectiveness by its grade of operation of state system of this sphere.
