Vaniyeva M. The financial mechanism of management of state higher educational establishments

In dissertation theoretical-methodological grounds and practical principles of forming of financial mechanism adjusting of state higher educational establishments are investigated, to socio-economic essence of higher education and its role in forming of human capital are worked out, the features of structure ground and components of activity of the financial providing mechanism of state higher educational establishments are presented, methodical approaches of estimation of its efficiency are proposed. The method of payment estimation of state higher educational establishments in the economy of country is grounded, method of determination of economic efficiency of higher education in Ukraine financing is determined, method of calculation of payment of state higher educational establishments in a human capital and in the results of economic development is proposed. Perfection directions of financial mechanism of state higher educational establishments are determined, its management by monies streams, forming of market of educational services, pricing and methods of management by charges on educational services is lighten out; financial policy of higher education for realization its tasks of entrance in Bolon process is proposed.
