The dissertation is devoted to administrative and legal aspects of Internal Affairs agencies’ activity in the sphere of cultural heritage protection. The definition of cultural heritage, the system of cultural heritage legal protection by Internal Affairs agencies and law-enforcement agencies, their cooperation with Internal Affairs agencies are researched. The analysis of directions, forms and methods of Internal Affairs agencies’ activity in the sphere of cultural heritage protection are determined.
