Tcyganetc' V. Estimation and activation of innovative development of small enterprises in Ukraine

Object of research are social and economic processes of small enterprises innovative development in innovative economy formation conditions. The purpose of work is improvement of theoretical and methodical rules and practical recommendations on estamation of condition and activization of small enterprises subjects innovative development in innovative economy formation conditions. Research methods are semantic analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, graphic method, factor analysis, statistical analysis, expert estimation, taxonomical analysis. Theoretical and practical results. The methodical approach to small enterprises subjects estimation, what is based on rating model use, what was constructed on the basis of analytical parameters matrix, what is allowing to take into account the current condition, achievement of managing subjects; analytical maintenance of small business subjects innovative development diagnostics, what was constructed on analysis of parameters, what is allowing to spend an estimation of invested capital use efficiency; methodical maintenance of small business innovative activity monitoring what is giving the opportunity to reveal the negative and positive factors of influence on introduction innjvation are got further development. Definition of the innovative development contents on the basis of the classification innovatison, what enables to determine of innovative activization as prompting to amplification activity; the methodical approach to definition of small enterprises support infrastructure elements development directions, what allows to take into account enterprise activity life cycle stages. The scientific results have found practical application in activity of Ukrainian and Canadian enterprise "MBERIF BUSINESS CENTER" (certificate No 7/00ВЕР2006.), in educational process at rates „ Innovative management " and „ Strategic management " teach in Carpatians National University (certificate No 01-08-615 from 15.09.2006.)
