Tomenko V. Information technologies of creation of automated system of management by Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine subsections at the accidents in ecosystems

The dissertation research is devoted to the actual questions of development and research of information technologies for creation of automated system of management of critical application, in particular, to development of information technologies for creation of automated system of management by Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine subsection at the accidents in natural ecosystems. The optimization of structure of the base state of automated system of management by Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine subsection of emergency measures, taking into account the risks of accidents for a construction of automatical systems of management (ASM), in which the preliminary created base parts of the system and finished building after the origin of accidents are combined. The maximum values of parameters of transmitters and receivers of information, which provide the way of calculation distances between subsections to the region of acceptability are defined. Application of coefficients of length decline of theinformative ductings at the construction of topology structures of locations of mobile subsections of Ministry of Emergency measures on territories with a different type and type of locality is offered. A method of preparations given for the creation ASM, that function in natural ecosystems is developed.
