Dissertation work is devoted to development of scientific and theoretical bases and practical recommendations in relation to the management by the agrarian leasing, directed on the maximally effective use of his investment possibilities on the enterprises of agrarian sphere. Economic essence of leasing, his prospects and role of activation of investment-innovative activity of agrarian enterprises, is generalized. The instruments of management by leasing are set at investing of agrarian enterprises. The state and directions of realization of leasing and criteria of efficiency of his projects is analysed at investing of agrarian enterprises. The organizational forms of management by the agrarian leasing are certain during realization of investment activity in agriculture. The choice and estimation of efficiency of investment leasing project of agrarian enterprises is certain. The system of payments is improved in the investment leasing project management of agrarian enterprises.
