Object of the study is financial-economic relations, appearing in process of the reconstruction between enterprise and factor internal and external encirclement. Objective of study is motivation scientifically-methodical positions and development practical recommendation on improvement of the mechanism of the choice of the type and estimations to efficiency reconstruction industrial enterprise. Methods of research are generalizations, analysis and syntheses, logical approach, formalizations and comparisons, economy-statistical and analytical modelling, forecasting’s. Theoretical and practical results: the generalization theoretical and methodical approach to determination, categorizations and modelling of the process of the reconstruction; offers at the option of the type of the reconstruction and estimations of its result.
