Kryuk M. Clinicopathogenetic peculiarities and treatment of chronic pancreatitis in combination with gastroesophageal reflux disease and obesity

Object of research - patients with chronic pancreatitis in the stage of exacerbation in combination with gastroesophagial reflux disease and obesity; purpose - to increase efficiency of chronic pancreatitis treatment in combination with gastroesophagial reflux disease on background of obesity, methods - clinico-anamnestic data, biochemical, immunoenzyme, radioimune, instrumental, anthropometrical, psychometrical, statical; novelty - the features of clinical signs, functional condition of pancreas is first examined, the endoscopic picture of gullet and stomach, sonography and histography, type of gastric secretion is set, frequency of gastroesophagial reflux and quality of life; reasonability and efficiency of plugging in therapy of combined pathology of esomeprazole, somilasum, mucosa compositum is first grounded; results - there are revealed on the basis of the conducted researches the domination of pain and dyspepsia syndromes, intravasation of pancreatspecific enzymes in blood, signs of oedema of corpus and head of pancreas, not erosive changes of gullet and stomach and worsening of quality of life in the clinical picture of chronic pancreatitis, which flows in combination with gastroesophagial reflux disease and obesity. Inclusion in the complex of medical measures of esomeprazole, somilasum and mucosa compositum improves the results of treatment with comparison to traditional therapy. It have introduced in work of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, Regional hospital of invalids of Great Patriotic war (Chernovcy), Lugansk regional hospital, Republican clinical hospital n.a. Semashko (Simferopol), city clinical hospital №7 Simferopol, Poltava regional clinical hospital, and also in a pedagogical process of Donetsk, Lugansk, Crimean medical universities, Ukrainian medical stomatology academy (Poltava). Industry of the use is a treatment - diagnostic process of therapeutic and gastroenterology departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chairs of medical educational establishments.
