Research object - patients with a chronic pancreatitis with a postcholecystectomy syndrome on a background of excess body weight; purpose - to increase efficiency of treatment of chronic pancreatitis with a postcholecystectomy syndrome for patients with excess body weight; methods - there are the clinical, biochemical, radioimmunal, instrumental, anthropometric, psychometric and statistical; novelty - there are firstly determined the features of clinical signs, structural and functional violations of pancreas at this combined pathology; new - is the description of sonographic and histographical pictures of pancreas for patients with this pathology; the features of lipid spectrum of blood and psychosomatic violations are first analysed; the new differential variant of treating patients with this disease was firstly developed with plugging in complex of therapy of antihomotoxic medecines, ursodeoxycholic acid and lactulose; results - chronic pancreatitis for patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome andexcess body weight accompanied with a pain and dyspepsia syndrome, with pancreatospeciphic enzymes intravasation in blood and development of hyperlipemia; sonographic features are increase of index L ultrasonic histogram and biliary sladzh; patients with this combined pathology characteristically unwell feeling, activity and mood; complex therapy with including of antihomotoxic medecines, ursodeoxycholic acids and lactulose which are positively influences on clinical picture and the functional state and structural changes of pancreas, livers and lipid type of blood; it was introduced in work of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical union, Regional hospital of invalids of Great Patriotic war (Chernovcy), regional clinical hospital Lugansk, republican clinical hospital named after of Semashko (Simferopol), city clinical hospital №7 Simferopol, Poltava regional clinical hospital, in the pedagogical process of the Ukrainian medical stomatological academy (Poltava), Donetsk, Lugansk and Crimean medicaluniversities; field of use - treatment and diagnostic processes of therapeutic and gastroenterology departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chair of medical educational establishments.
