Tiney A. Mortgage credit lending in agriculture

Object of research is a process of the mortgage crediting in agriculture. The purpose of research is a ground of theoretical and methodical principles that development of practical recommendations in relation to stimulation of development of the mortgage crediting in agriculture. Methods of research are scientific and special methods of researches: method of abstracting and coefficients; statistical methods, in particular method of grouping, comparison and generalization of economic indicators; methods of analysis and synthesis; logical and method of prognostication. Theoretical and practical results - formed and the scientifically grounded suggestions in relation to directions of improvement of the mortgage crediting in agriculture. Scientific novelty - classification of credits; classification of agrarian mortgage is improved; the methodical going is improved near the estimation of mortgage cost; determinations of "mortgage of right for a lease" and "mortgage cost"; got subsequent development of suggestion in relation to the improvement of mechanism of government control and stimulation of the mortgage crediting of agricultural commodity producers; got the subsequent ground of position of objective necessity of the mortgage crediting in industry of agriculture in the conditions of market economy. Degree of introduction - an educational process and educational-experimental work of students of University and at activity of the bank. Efficiency - will allow to develop measures which will stimulate development of the mortgage crediting in agriculture.
