Kysarets I. Political and cultural paradygm of national policy of information

The dissertation is devoted to politological analysis of the conceptual foundations of government information policy as a part of Ukrainian political culture in a state of political and social transition. The work is based on theoretical and methodological scientific research problems, synthesis of views and approaches of foreign and domestic Political thinkers, that were compiled from different expert studies. This thesis systematizes theoretical notions of "political culture", "informational democracy", "political and cultural paradigm of public information policy", particularly meaningful political and cultural paradigms of European information policy and certain characteristics of Ukrainian information policy are considered, public information policies of the political culture and the best means of creating philosophical positions are defined for a transitive state. All of that to become a tool for conservation and improvement of moral and material values of Ukrainian society, a factor for realizing public strategies directed at European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
