Essay

Dissertation is devoted the decision of important scientific and technical task of increase of efficiency and reliability of the jet penetration cleaning of wide-wares, in particular, external surfaces highways oil- and gas pipelines at works of restorations. It is set that upgrading cleaning is achieved the use of rotor purifier with a few nozzles of streams, forming lines and angle streams (with the angle of slope ?). Researches showed that the angle of slope of stream nonlinear influenced on efficiency of the stream cleaning, depends on the speed parameter of head and for thin tape (h=2.2 mm) has obvious ?=200. It is shown that most rational is the incorporated stream and stream-abrasive cleaning at which an abrasive stream accumulates on a surface into the area of stream influence the revolved nozzles. The optimum mass expense of abrasive (sand of river) is made by 1,0-1,5 kg/m; an optimum diameter of nozzle is 1,5-1,8 mm. Hydro- abrasive a stream does not have alternatives at the delete of thin tapes, which do not show plastic properties, tailings of gluing composition, hearths of corrosion and etc On the basis of morphological analysis the rational charts of conduct of the stream cleaning of external surfaces are developed highways oils and gas pipelines, an universal stream-abrasive head, protected the patent of Ukraine on an invention, is synthesized.
