The Object is the financial relations that arise at the Retail Market between Commercial Banks and Physical Persons in the process of purchase-sale of Bank’s products through the different distribution channels; a purpose is the substantiation of theoretical-methodic positions and development of practical recommendations, directed on advance of management distribution channels of the Bank’s products at the Retail Market for the complete satisfaction of consumer’s demand; Methods – dialectical, cognition, theoretic-empirical, economic-statistical; Novelty – it has been inducted to the scientific form of the concept “Quality of Bank’s products”; the Quality’s Criteria of the Banks’ service has been determined; the Results are the suggestions and methodical recommendations from the improvement of management distribution channels of Bank’s products at the Retail Market; have been implemented to the Bank’s activity; the Branch – is Economic.
