Volkova O. The financial mechanism of the realization of the demographic policy in Ukraine

An object is the economic relations related to financing of the budgetary programs and realization of fiscal and credit measures on renewal of demographic potential of nation by facilities of the financial influencing; purpose - is to ground the theoretical bases of the effective functioning of financial mechanism of realization of demographic policy and development of basic directions of his perfection for overcoming of crisis in Ukraine; methods are systems approach to the methods of historical method, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, abstracting, economico-matematichnogo design; novelty - first from the aggregate of instruments of financial policy the financial mechanism of realization of demographic policy is selected and in a theory grounded his expedience how the great numbers of functional facilities of the financial influencing are on motivation of population in relation to the increase of birth-rate; results are the developed science-practical conclusions and suggestions in relation to the improvement of financial mechanism of realization of demographic policy in Ukraine; it is inculcated - the given suggestions to State tax administration of Ukraine, institute of demography and social researches of NAS of Ukraine, and also are used in an educational process; industry is economic.
