Morgunovskyy I. Transformation of banking products and services under conditions of stronger competition in banking sector of Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to investigation the problem of transformation of banking products and services under conditions of stronger competition in banking sector of Ukraine. We analyze the backbone of banking products' and services' transformation, the usage of foreign experience of transformation of banking products' range in Ukrainian reality, the peculiarities and economical prerequisites for the process of banking products' and services' transformation in Ukrainian banking sector. Based upon analytical evaluation of banking products' and services' transformation in providing efficiency of bank performing, the mechanism of banking products' and services' transformation was improved. In the work, the author proved the necessity and ways of improvement of the methods of priorities' optimization in structural banking products' and services' transformation. The influence of the foreign capital on the transformational movements in Ukrainian banking sector was defined. The author created the mathematical model of defining variants' priorities in improvement of the efficiency of banking products' and services' transformation. The integral conception of the structural transformation of banking products' range in Ukrainian commercial banks was developed.
